Minister Kanimba visits Abahizi Dushyigikirane LTD, in Rulindo
Abahizi Dushyigikirane Limited was successfully set up and operationalized late in 2013, in Rulindo District. To date, it produces and exports leather hand bags. Abahizi Dushyigikirane Limited provides over 72 jobs to the local people.
The factory is expected also be able to design and produce whatever types and size of leather hand bags according to the international fashion brand, as it is their first target.
The Factory bring materials from South Korea and China, and it wants to take advantage of “Made In Rwanda” initiative as it is written on bags , to gradually start producing more. Receiving Minister kanimba, Mr Darius Habamenshi the Acting Managing Director said that they only export finished products, and that they give prices that allow them to keep growing.
The leather hand bag production is under manpower with 72 employees that have been trained. All workers in this factory are equipped with a safe uniform. They have been secured social security insurance and bought injury and death insurance as well.
